First Encounter is a short photorealistic storyboard drawn from a simple script. The aim is to verify the visual coherence of faces, expressions and costumes through a continuous narrative sequence, without relying on targeted model training (LoRA), or generating the img step by step. The storyboard is accompanied by a post (see link to ComfyUI section of Posts) describing the pipeline in technical detail.

SYNOPSIS

A dating encounter. Jim arrives early at the agreed wine bar, sits down and waits. When Barbara walks in, he greets her with a smile to put her at ease. She is a little nervous but curious. The conversation finds its own natural rhythm almost immediately. Exchanged glances, loosened by wine and whisky. The evening stretches, the room empties around them, and what began as a first date becomes something more — hoped for by both, but unplanned. The two move closer, until they seal the moment with a kiss and whatever confirmations may follow soon.

CHARACTERS
CHARACTER A — JIM Jim

35 years old, young executive or real estate agent. Brown hair combed back, short beard. Dark green wool blazer over a light green sweater, shirt from a popular Roman boutique (Cola di Rienzo style). Warm, confident smile.

CHARACTER B — BARBARA Barbara

30 years old, very beautiful, elegant and quite striking. Long wavy brown hair, black lace blazer. Conventional in styling but immediately effective. Slightly guarded at first, but with a promising look.

POSE REFERENCE — CONTROLNET INPUT
Jim — walking pose reference

Full-body walking frame used as ControlNet spatial conditioning. Feeding this image as a pose constraint allows the model to generate consistent body proportions and natural stride across the shots in which Jim is in motion — without retraining on specific body geometry. Character identity (face, jacket, belt, watch) is injected separately and simultaneously, so the two conditioning streams don't interfere.
